Followed by a Champagne Sabrage & Tree Lighting in the Fountain Courtyard
Our brief ceremony will take place outdoors to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. With snow in the forecast for Saturday, we encourage guests to dress warmly—bring your coats, gloves, and favorite winter layers—furs (faux or not) are more than welcome!
The Fountain Courtyard features heated ground, and the walkway to Mountain Plaza will be cleared for comfortable access. After the ceremony, you’re welcome to enjoy the festivities in the Courtyard or warm up in the hotel lobby with complimentary hot chocolate.
When you arrive at the ballroom for cocktail hour, a self-coat check will be available, along with space to change or store footwear if needed.

Getting There
For your convenience, we recommend flying directly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE), which is the closest airport to all wedding events.
Both of our recommended hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen airport, making your arrival and departure as seamless as possible.
We encourage guests to book flights early, as availability to Aspen can be limited during peak seasons.
Once you arrive, you’ll find that Aspen is incredibly walkable - our welcome party, wedding venue, and even the ski slopes are all just steps away!
Accommodations
We’ve reserved room blocks at two wonderful hotels in Aspen, both offering comfort, convenience, and stunning views.
Please note that both hotels require a three-night minimum stay, making it the perfect excuse to turn the celebration into a full weekend getaway! Please inquire with the hotels directly about extending your stay on either side of the weekend.
From the welcome party to the wedding day (and even some time on the slopes), you’ll be right in the heart of the celebration.
Accommodations must be booked by no later than November 4th to receive the group rate, and we encourage guests to book early, as Aspen is popular destination.

Hitting the Slopes
Aspen is one of the top ski destinations, so we encourage all of our guests to hit the slopes while in town!
We are securing a group rate on adult lift tickets. If you’d like a lift ticket voucher, which guarantees you the discounted group rate, please fill out the form below to secure your spot! Please fill out this form by no later than November 14th.
Once you’ve received your voucher in Aspen, you’ll take it to the ticket office to pay for the number of days you’d like to ski on the mountain. If you’re in need of equipment rentals, Four Mountain Sports is the rental and retail store that will assist. Ski & pole transfers between all four mountains are included in all rental pricing.
